Ed Salvato is the managing director at OutThink Partners, and head of its New York practice.

Salvato is a widely respected travel writer, gay travel consultant, and influencer in global gay tourism. Salvato is the former editor-in-chief of some of the most important media outlets catering to gay and lesbian audiences, including Out Traveler, Out Traveler Guide Books, and OUT & ABOUT. He also served as travel editor for Out Magazine, The Advocate, Gay.com travel, and Planetout.com/Travel.

Salvato directs content strategies as well as other key account management activities at OutThink Partners, and oversees the firm's New York presence.

He continues to contribute as a travel editor to a number of important LGBT publications, including GPS.OutTraveler.com, Out Magazine, The Advocate, TripOutGayTravel.com, SDGLN.com, dot429 and Frontiers in LA. He also is an on-air travel expert for Sirius/XM OutQ with Derek & Romaine and ProudFM radio based in Toronto.
